Annaba: The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, arrived Wednesday at the Rabah-Bitat International Airport of Annaba to inaugurate the seawater desalination plant of Koudiet Eddraouche, located in Berrihane, province of El Tarf.
According to Algeria Press Service, the president recently conducted a working visit to the province of Tipasa on Saturday, where he inaugurated the seawater desalination plant of Fouka 2. This visit is part of a series of inaugurations aimed at enhancing the country’s water infrastructure.
In addition to his visit to Tipasa, President Tebboune also visited the province of Oran last Thursday. During this visit, he inaugurated Algeria’s largest seawater desalination plant at Cape Blanc in Ain El Karma. The president’s visits highlight ongoing efforts to improve water supply and infrastructure across various regions in Algeria.
