Pretoria: The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for African Affairs, Selma Bakhta Mansouri, arrived in Pretoria, South Africa, to preside over the works of the 10th session of the APRM (African Peer Review Mechanism) Focal Point Committee, the ministry of foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs said in a statement.
According to Algeria Press Service, the meeting coincides with the Algerian presidency of the APRM Forum of Heads of State and Government. The agenda includes the renewal of the membership of the Panel of Eminent Persons and a discussion on various administrative, organisational, and financial issues related to the management of the APRM. The meeting will also address the monitoring of the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2024-2028 and the continental governance assessment report 2025.
