Geneva: Minister of Foreign Trade and Exports Promotion, Kamel Rezig, held bilateral talks in Geneva with the Secretary General of the Arab-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CASCI), Hilda Al-Hinai, focusing on strengthening cooperation and boosting trade, the Ministry said in a statement.
According to Algeria Press Service, the meeting took place on the sidelines of Rezig’s participation in the 16th UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), with Algeria’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN Office in Geneva, Rachid Bladehane, in attendance. The two sides explored ways to enhance cooperation, particularly in promoting economic partnerships and encouraging business exchanges between the two countries, the statement said.

Both sides concluded the meeting by stressing the importance of continued coordination and deeper institutional partnerships between economic organizations in both countries to serve mutual interests and advance Arab-Swiss cooperation in trade and investment, the Ministry statement said.
