President Tebboune Lays Foundation Stone for Sports Complex Project in Constantine

Algiers: President Tebboune has initiated the construction of a new sports complex in Constantine, marking a significant step in the development of sports infrastructure in the region. The project is expected to cater to various athletic needs and boost local sports activities.

According to Algeria Press Service, the sports complex will feature a main football stadium complemented by two training pitches. Additionally, the facility will include a 60-bed accommodation unit for athletes and a 3,000-seat Olympic swimming pool.

The complex will also house a multi-purpose sports hall with a seating capacity of 2,000, alongside three tennis courts. For the convenience of visitors, a parking lot capable of accommodating 3,500 vehicles will be constructed. An energy hub is also part of the complex’s infrastructure to ensure efficient energy management.
