New york: Bourita met with African Union Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security, Bankole Adeoye, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Djibouti, Abdoulkader Houssein Omar, as well as with his Icelandic counterpart, Thorgerdur Katrn Gunnarsd³ttir.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the Moroccan minister also had talks with Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, and Liberia’s Foreign Minister, Sara Beysolow Nyanti. These meetings focused on the means to further strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation in various areas.
These talks also provided the opportunity to discuss several regional and international issues of common interest and to coordinate positions within international bodies.
