Rabat: The discussions between the Inspector General of the FAR and the Chief of Staff of the Niger Armed Forces were held in the presence of, on the Moroccan side, the Heads of the relevant departments of the FAR General Staff, and on the Nigerien side, members of the official Nigerien delegation, as well as the Defense Attach© at the Embassy of Niger in Rabat, according to a statement from the FAR General Staff.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, on this occasion, the two officials praised the exceptional quality of relations between the Royal Armed Forces and the Niger Armed Forces, based on strong fraternal ties and military cooperation marked by mutual respect, the statement added.
Bilateral military cooperation between Morocco and Niger covers a range of activities, including training, operational readiness of the forces, military healthcare, and the exchange of visits and expertise, the statement concluded.
