Algiers: President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Sunday received the ambassador of the Swiss Confederation, Pierre-Yves Fux, who paid him a farewell visit.
According to Algeria Press Service, the meeting between President Tebboune and Ambassador Fux marked the conclusion of the ambassador’s tenure in Algeria. The audience was attended by Amar Abba, the advisor to the President of the Republic for Diplomatic Affairs, highlighting the importance of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
The farewell visit by Ambassador Fux underscores the ongoing diplomatic engagement and cooperation between Algeria and Switzerland. The presence of the advisor for Diplomatic Affairs further emphasized the significance of maintaining strong bilateral ties.
