DOHA (Qatar)- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Monday in his residence in Doha the speaker of the Shura Council of Qatar, Hassan bin Abdullah al-Ghanim, who paid a courtesy call on him.
The speaker of the Shura Council was received by President Tebboune in Doha where he is on a state visit to Qatar from Saturday, at the invitation of its Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.
On Sunday, President Tebboune held discussions with the Emir of Qatar and had received many top Qatari officials.
He also met the members of the national community in this sister country.
On Monday, the President of the Republic, along with the ministerial delegation accompanying him, paid a visit to the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, where he was welcomed by the foundation’s vice chairperson and CEO, Shikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani.
In his state visit to Qatar, President Tebboune is accompanied by a ministerial delegation made up of the minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, the minister of Justice, the minister of Energy and Mines, the minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the minister of Housing, Urban Planning and City Affairs, the minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs.
