Algiers: The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a congratulatory message from the President of the Republic of India, Droupadi Murmu, on behalf of herself and the Indian people, on the occasion of commemorating the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious Liberation Revolution.
According to Algeria Press Service, in her message, President Murmu emphasized “the shared historical bonds in resisting colonialism and defending freedom, which have strengthened the robust bilateral relations in recent years through intensified efforts to realize promising partnership opportunities in the years ahead.”
President Murmu also reaffirmed to President Tebboune, following her visit to Algeria last year, “her commitment to continued coordination with him in India going forward, in service of both peoples’ interests,” while wishing him excellent health and success, and the Algerian people prosperity and well-being.
