Ben aknoun: President of the Republic, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and Minister of National Defence, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, arrived on Monday afternoon at the Center for Gathering and Preparation of Military Sports Teams in Ben Aknoun, Algiers province, to attend the final of the 53rd edition of the Algerian Military Cup.
According to Algeria Press Service, President Tebboune was welcomed upon his arrival by Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Deputy Minister of National Defence and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA). After listening to the national anthem, the President was honored by formations of the People’s National Army, which saluted him.
The Algerian Military Cup final features teams from the Republican Guard Command team and the Directorate of Administration and Joint Services of the Ministry of National Defence.
