President Tebboune Appoints New Members to Constitutional Court

Algiers: The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has appointed Abbas Ammar as a member of the Constitutional Court and Mohamed Boufertas as Director General of Legal Affairs and Constitutional Justice at the same court, as announced by the presidency in an official statement.

According to Algeria Press Service, the statement confirmed that these appointments were made by President Tebboune on Wednesday. Abbas Ammar will serve as a member of the Constitutional Court, while Mohamed Boufertas will take on the role of Director General of Legal Affairs and Constitutional Justice, further enhancing the leadership within the court’s legal structure.
