Gaza: The Palestinian Red Crescent expressed its approval of His Majesty the King’s decision to send additional humanitarian aid to Gaza.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Nebal Farsakh, the spokeswoman for the Palestinian Red Crescent, emphasized that the aid includes essential products urgently needed by the people of the Gaza Strip. Farsakh highlighted that this assistance is crucial in alleviating the current hardships faced by the residents.
Farsakh pointed out that the lives of over 40,000 infants are at risk due to a severe shortage of baby formula in Gaza. The aid package aims to address this critical need, among others. Additionally, due to a lack of vegetables, fruit, and meat in the region, the inclusion of canned goods in the Moroccan aid will provide residents with necessary foodstuffs that have been unavailable for several months.
The Palestinian Red Crescent spokeswoman remarked that Morocco has effectively chosen the best means of delivering humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. This approach ensures that the aid reaches beneficiaries quickly and is distributed directly to the most affected individuals and families.
