President of the Republic stressed Tuesday, in New York, that Algeria, which is preparing itself to be a non-permanent member of the Security Council, “is aware of the responsibility that is incumbent on it,” as it will “harness its extensive experience in mediation and seeking of political solutions to peacefully resolve conflicts.”
