The National Center for Sea Surveillance and Rescue Operations (CNOSS) of Mostaganem (2nd Military Region) conducted on Friday a medical evacuation of a Turkish sailor after a serious fall on board of a merchant vessel, the Ministry of National Defense said Saturday in a statement.
