Morocco’s Humanitarian Diplomacy Under King Mohammed VI Praised by African Think Tank

Rabat: Thanks to the Kingdom’s proactive and effective diplomacy, supported by the Sovereign’s stature on the international stage, Morocco has succeeded in establishing direct humanitarian access to Gaza, Sambe emphasized to MAP.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, this is an unprecedented logistical feat, which began several months ago, when blockades were hindering the delivery of aid. The Senegalese political scientist also highlighted the constant commitment of HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, to the Palestinian cause, through a series of humanitarian actions of exceptional scope, carried out at the height of the crisis in Gaza.

“As Commander of the Faithful, His Majesty King Mohammed VI enjoys unique legitimacy in the Muslim world, giving Morocco unparalleled credibility to negotiate humanitarian corridors and coordinate large-scale operations, including the delivery of 180 tons of aid in late July 2025 and an additional 100 tons this August,” Sambe emphasized.

These noble initiatives, coupled with actions undertaken by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, clearly illustrate Morocco’s multidimensional approach, he underlined.
