Minister of Tourism and Crafts Mokhtar Didouche chaired on Thursday in Algiers the reopening ceremony of the “Rais” hotel in the municipality of El Marsa, after a 21-month renovation period as part of the extension and strengthening of tourist facilities in the province of Algiers.
