Dear fellow citizens, dear fellow citizens,
The great sacrifices made by the Algerian people, out of their passion for freedom, their quest for prosperity and their zeal for sovereignty, will remain a source of strength for our nation, as it confronts challenges and engages in the battle of building a national state , a state of institutions, in which the specifications of governance are truly manifested, the values of citizenship prevail and the freedoms under rule of law.
In our celebration of the major glorious events, including the double anniversary of the attacks in northern Constantinople on August 20, 1955 and the convening of the Somnam Conference on the same day in 1956, and as we make these glorious historical stations and monuments renewed opportunities in which we cherish our history, the duty of fulfillment dictates that the generation of children and grandchildren complete the completion The march of our heroic ancestors with the same spirit of devotion to the homeland and the same determination and will to overcome adversity and difficulties.
