Communication Minister Mohamed Bouslimani called Friday from Ghardaïa, on media professionals to mobilise their efforts and create a media dynamic aimed at promoting Algeria’s image worldwide.
Speaking during a visit to the broadcasting station in Ghardaïa (TDA), the minister stressed “the importance of strengthening Algeria’s image abroad and to carry the voice of our country to the Algerian community living abroad.”
“The right of access to information is constitutionally guaranteed for
every Algerian. It is essential to allow Algerian citizens to have access to information wherever he or she is,” the minister stressed.
It is aslo necessary to unite the efforts of the different actors (Radio, Television and TDA) for the dissemination of local information to enable citizens to participate in the country’s development.”
