Manama, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour, participated in a ceremony held by Naseej Company in celebration of achieving 100% Bahrainisation across all positions.
The event was attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, and Amin Al Arrayed, CEO of the company, along with several ministry officials and board members of the company.
The Minister commended Naseej’s efforts in attracting national talent, emphasising the significant role of the private sector in providing job opportunities for young Bahrainis, equipping them, and empowering them to integrate into various productive sectors.
He noted that this achievement shows the private sector’s commitment to supporting sustainable economic growth and prioritising citizens in the labour market. He urged companies to adopt effective policies to attract more national talent, especially with the government’s supportive programmes aimed at making Bahrainis the preferred
choice for employment.
The Minister highlighted the importance of optimal investment in Bahraini talent and expressed confidence in the ability of Bahrainis to elevate the performance of institutions and achieve their set objectives.
Amin Ahmed Al Arrayed, CEO of Naseej, highlighted the company’s ongoing efforts to improve national talent and develop their skills, in line with its vision to support young Bahraini talent in various fields.
This aligns with Bahrain’s national plans to prioritise citizens in the job market. He also commended the important role of the Ministry of Labour and Tamkeen in providing specialised training programmes to help young Bahrainis compete in the job market.
