Kuwait Premier congratulates Erdogan on re-election

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent Sunday a cable to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to congratulate him on re-election and wining of a third term in office.
