The Israeli occupation army fired heavy artillery towards two targets east of Gaza Strip, but caused no human casualties despite a ceasefire agreement.
Israeli army spokesman said such action comes in response to a missile fired from Gaza Strip and targeted Israeli tanks in northern Gaza.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian joint operation said that a technical error caused the firing of a missile towards Israel earlier.
After five days of military confrontation, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement and the Israeli occupation government reached a lull agreement mediated by Egypt. The agreement entered into effect Saturday.
