The President of the Republic was accompanied by the Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Upper House), Salah Goudjil, the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Lower House), Brahim Boughali, the Prime Minister, Aimene Benabderrahmane, the President of the Constitutional Court, Omar Belhadj, the Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, Army General Said Chanegriha, the Minister of State, Chief of Staff at the Presidency of the Republic, Mohamed Ennadir Larbaoui, the Minister of State, Advisor to the President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Khellaf, as well as senior state officials, members of the government, representatives of national organizations and mujahideen (war veterans).
