Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of congratulations to the Sovereign Prince of the Principality of Monaco, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II, on Monaco’s National Day.
