Montevideo: Representing the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the speaker of the People’s National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, takes part in the inauguration ceremony of the president-elect of Uruguay, Yamandu Orsi, in Montevideo, the lower house said Thursday in a statement.
According to Algeria Press Service, Boughali traveled to Uruguay to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the president-elect Yamandu Orsi, scheduled for Saturday in the capital, Montevideo. The event is expected to host several heads of state and government, or their representatives, from many countries, highlighting the significance of the occasion on the international stage.
