Algiers: The Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, is participating this Wednesday via videoconference in the 62nd meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) of Opec+ countries, as stated in a press release by the ministry.
According to Algeria Press Service, the meeting is part of the ongoing efforts by Opec+ to monitor the oil markets and assess the compliance of member countries with the production adjustments agreed upon in previous meetings. The JMMC plays a critical role in ensuring the stability and balance of the global oil supply by reviewing production data and making necessary recommendations.
