Algiers: President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Wednesday welcomed the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Younes El-Menfi, upon his arrival at Houari-Boumediene International Airport in Algiers.
According to Algeria Press Service, the President of the Libyan Presidential Council is in Algeria to attend the 4th Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025). This event is set to take place in Algiers from September 4 to 10, under the theme “A Gateway to New Opportunities.”
Upon arrival, both leaders listened to the national anthems of their respective countries and saluted the national flag. They then reviewed detachments of the Republican Guard, who rendered military honors to them.
