Casablanca Stock Exchange Closes in Green

Casablanca: The MASI 20, which groups the 20 most liquid stocks, gained 0.17% to 1,637.34 points, while the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the highest ESG ratings according to Moody’s ESG Solutions, remained stable at 1,361.37 points.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the trading session at the Casablanca Stock Exchange ended on a positive note with the MASI 20 index showing a slight increase. This index tracks the performance of the 20 most liquid stocks, indicating a favorable market trend with a rise of 0.17%, reaching 1,637.34 points.

Meanwhile, the MASI ESG index, which measures the performance of companies with top ESG ratings, as assessed by Moody’s ESG Solutions, showed no movement and remained at 1,361.37 points. This highlights a stable interest in companies focused on environmental, social, and governance criteria.
