His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of condolences to Chinese President Xi Jinping expressing sincere condolences over victims of flash flood that destroyed a highway bridge in Shaanxi province.
