The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) convened this evening for its third board meeting.
RERA Chairman Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf chaired the meeting, paying tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for their support to the real estate sector.
He valued the patronage of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for the Cityscape Real Estate exhibition which was held on June 14-16.
RERA board also expressed thanks and appreciation to the Survey and Land Registration (SLRB) chairman Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Head of the High Organisation Committee of the Cityscape Bahrain EReal Estate Exhibition.
The board also praised Shaikh Salman bin Abdullla Al Khalifa for his support to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to fulfill its goals.
During the meeting, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, gave a detailed presentation on the latest developments in the institution’s work.
The Board of Directors discussed the latest developments in delayed real estate projects, and the measures taken to ensure their implementation and completion, in a way that guarantees the rights of all investors.
