President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune left Algiers on Monday afternoon for a two-day State visit to Portugal.
The President of the Republic was greeted, at the international airport Houari Boumediene, by Prime Minister Aïmene Benabderrahmane, the Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, General Said Chanegriha and Principle Private Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic Mohamed Ennadir Larbaoui.
This visit comes within the framework of the strengthening of the friendship, cooperation and good neighbourliness relations between the two countries and aims to open up new perspectives and extend these relations to include broader fields in the best interests of the two neighbouring peoples.
