Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi met on Thursday with Charge D’Affairs at the Lebanese Embassy in Kuwait Ahmad Arafa.
A statement by the Foreign Ministry said that the two officials discussed ways to bolster bilateral relations on all possible domains.
