Algiers: The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a congratulatory message from the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, on the occasion of Algeria’s commemoration of the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the blessed Liberation Revolution.
According to Algeria Press Service, the Bulgarian President’s message expressed sincere congratulations and warm wishes to President Tebboune and the Algerian people. President Rumen Radev conveyed his personal regards and those of the Bulgarian people, acknowledging the significance of the National Day of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
President Radev highlighted Algeria’s coherent and balanced foreign policy under President Tebboune’s leadership, which is focused on maintaining peace and security amid a complex international and regional landscape. He emphasized that this approach undoubtedly strengthens Algeria’s standing on the global stage.
Furthermore, President Radev expressed his hope for continued collaboration to strengthen the relations between Bulgaria and Algeria. He pointed out the historical ties between the two nations and expressed optimism about identifying concrete steps to expand mutually beneficial cooperation during their next meeting in person.
