Manama, Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayyed attended the meeting of the 45th session of the Arab Youth and Sports Ministers’ Council, which was held in Cairo, Egypt.
The session endorsed Beirut Capital of Arab Youth 2022 and approved draft resolutions which will be submitted to the Executive Council.
These include the Arab Women’s Sports Festival Algeria 2022, Al Quds Support Conference and a course for sports legislations in Palestine.
The council also endorsed the Arab Youth Excellence Award 2023 on Artificial Intelligence, and approved the organization of the Arab Youth Nile Ship this year in Egypt, in addition to the Arab Young Entrepreneurs Forum.
The council’s general secretariat was assigned to draw up the Arab Youth Peace and Security Strategy 2022 and approved the organization of the Model Arab Youth Parliament 2022. A competition to design the logo of the Arab Youth and Sports Ministers Council
